Every possible step will be taken to ensure that individuals are treated equally and fairly and that decisions on recruitment, selection, training, promotion and career management are based solely on objective and job related criteria.

The events team organises the charity’s meetings, including our annual Heart Rhythm Congress (HRC). We hold our own events to provide education for medical professionals, and raise awareness of the charity by attending UK and international conferences.

The Communications Team play a huge role in the charity for awareness-raising, education and advocacy, through a number of projects, campaigns and events.  The annual national Heart Rhythm Week, media outreach and the development of new resources are just some of the activities we are working on.

From climbing mountains to running a cake sale, the fundraising team provides supporters with ideas and tools for all ages, individual and group activities.

Business & Operations

Our focus is to monitor and improve how the charity achieves its mission and values in everything it does.  We provide support across the whole organisation for funding, HR, strategic planning and operational systems.

Patient Services

We are the caring face of the charity and, for individuals who are newly diagnosed, or have been struggling with symptoms of arrhythmia for years, having someone to talk to can make all the difference.  Patient Services provides empathy, knowledge and signposting.
